John P. Vandercook Service Award
Captain Gregory A. Callaghan has been named the 2026 recipient of the Rev. John P. Vandercook Service Award, which honors the Maritime Humanitarian of the Year. Named in tribute to the Global Maritime Ministries founder and first port chaplain, this award recognizes those who demonstrate extraordinary compassion and service within the maritime industry.
